Products & Services

The products and services for sale in the Bureau Veritas online store include test kits, sampling supplies and data analysis for testing machinery oils, fuels and coolants. Kit costs include:

• Sample bottle
• Sample processing form
• Return shipping container for submitting samples to the laboratory
• Testing listed in each test kit description
• Interpretation and analysis of the test results
• Free access to test results and analysis through Bureau Veritas’ exclusive Lube Oil Analysis Management System (LOAMS^SM)
• Notification by telephone of samples with critical conditions

NOTE: Bureau Veritas retains samples for 10 working days from date of receipt.

Payment

Payment for all products, services and applicable taxes and shipping/freight charges is due upon submission of all orders. The Bureau Veritas online store accepts VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

Delivery

All orders are shipped via Federal Express whenever possible with arrival dates determined by customer location. Our goal is to ship orders all orders from our Customer Care Center within 24-48 hours of receipt. Questions regarding an order may be directed to our Order Entry Department at 1.800.655.4473. Regular business hours are 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. CST.

Returns & Refunds

Charges for Bureau Veritas online products and services will be refunded – minus a 20% re-stocking fee – if the product is undamaged, eligible for re-sale and returned within 30 days of receipt by the customer. If an order is shipped in error, the 20% re-stocking fee will not apply.
